Talk to an engineerWhat counts as a request?
Each URL you send to the scrape or jobs endpoint is one request. Its price depends on the request type: the target page type, the render mode, and any features you declare. Query parameters never change the price.
Are failed requests billed?
No. You pay only when Struqter returns a validated success. By default that is a 2xx or 404 from the target. If the target answers with a status such as 410 or 403, you get a TARGET_ERROR response and no charge.
Does every website cost the same?
No. Your plan rate is the most you pay per 1,000 regular requests. Some targets are priced lower, and your contract lists any target-specific rates, such as for Amazon product pages or Google results.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your trial includes 10,000 free requests on your own targets. Request it with the form, and we will send your onboarding details: your API base URL and key.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on pay as you go and move to Hobby, Startup or Business as your volume grows, or talk to us about Enterprise for custom rates and terms.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for a Hobby, Startup or Business plan a year up front and get two months free: you pay for 10 months instead of 12. You get the same included requests every month and the same rate.
How do I check my usage?
Call GET /v1/usage for request counts and the usage amount for any time window, and GET /v1/usage/periods for closed monthly billing periods.
